Black Steer Steakhouse and Saloon

Newly opened (November 2022) in the old Johnny Carino’s at Cascade Village.  The bar/lounge has a warm and cozy, but upscale feel with nicely set tables and a cozy fire.  

Happy hour is everyday from 3-6 and all well drinks, bubbly and wine are $7, beer …..

Food for happy hour is oysters $1 a piece served 3 different ways- you choose:  casino, Rockefeller or on the half shell.  

As the management puts it ‘ at the bar sits many spirits and someone who is not afraid to use them’.  We had great drinks and while we didn’t have the oyster, we ordered crispy Brussels sprouts and curry popcorn cauliflower- both were delicious! 

Visit the menu if you go- you may want to stay for dinner!
